This session is designed to establish your health needs and will include.
A questionnaire to be completed prior to the session to focus on specific areas of most importance.
A baseline health check that include a blood pressure check and discussion around annual tests to be done by your GP or heath provider.
Discussion around the pillars of health, sleep, exercise, nutrition, stress and what can support you need around these.
A tailored health plan to work on with resources to take away.

6 week reset package
Are you needing some ongoing support and accountability to help you on a positive path and achieve long lasting habits?
These sessions are designed to work on goals and to support you on your journey through midlife and beyond. These sessions include everything in the single session and then diving deeper into the pillars of health. The 6 weeks will also include.
Bi weekly sessions for 1hr in person or online and will include a Pilates strength or mobility based exercise component.
Identifying clear goals for of the week and a review of the goals the following week.
Provide you with resources to support with education and advocating for yourself.
Discussion around hormones and how to better understand the hormonal changes.
Referral to other support services where necessary.
Email or phone contact between sessions to check in and offer accountability.
