I am Catherine a certified health coach, Pilates instructor and former registered nurse. My passion lies in providing support and guidance to facilitate positive lifestyle changes, help prevent disease and improve health span. I guide individuals in understanding how lifestyle can impact upon their metabolic health and well-being. I help build and develop sustainable habits that lead to positive, long-lasting improvements. My goal is to empower clients to take control of their health by making choices that enhance energy, mood and well being, ultimately supporting a balanced and fulfilling life.

  • Nutrition: Good nutrition is key, eating a variety of wholefoods like ,lean proteins, fiber and healthy fats gives your body the nutrients it needs to work well, helps with energy, immunity, and mental focus. Choosing nutrient-rich foods and limiting processed foods supports a healthy weight and lowers disease risk. It’s not about restricting calories, it is about nourishing your body to support it to function optimally.

  • Moving and exercising is key for your body and mind. It makes your heart, muscles, and bones stronger, boosts your energy and improves your mood . Exercise also reduces stress and improves sleep. Simple activities like walking, stretching, or light cardio every day can make a big difference. The key is to keep going and pick activities you enjoy so exercise is easily part of your routine.

  • Sleep: Priortising Sleep is very important for your overall health. It helps your brain work better by boosting memory, focus, and decision-making. Good sleep also helps manage emotions, lowers stress, and reduces the chance of anxiety and depression. Sleep helps rebuild cells and therefore strengthens immunity and lows metabolic health issues. Good sleep hygiene can make a huge impact on your health.

  • Stress Management: Stress can have a huge impact on both physical and mental health in order to first understand it and manage together we look at

    1. Identify triggers to gain control.

    2. Using mindfulness and deep breathing to stay calm.

    3. Maintain exercise, nutrition, and sleep for resilience..

    4. Set boundaries to protect your time.

    5. Connect with others for support.

    6. Take regular breaks to recharge

    7. Consistent practice builds your stress management skills and boosts well-being.

Single 1hr session, online or in person

This session is designed to establish your health needs and will include.

  • A lifestyle questionnaire focusing on the pillars of health to be completed prior to the session to focus on specific areas of most importance.

  • A baseline health check that includes a blood pressure check, grip strength and basic functional tests to determine baseline metabolic health and discussion around annual tests recommended be done by your GP or heath provider.

  • Discussion around the pillars of health, sleep, exercise, nutrition, stress and what can support you need around these.

  • Advice around any additional tests and follow up as required.

  • A plan to move forward in addressing your metabolic health needs.

6 week reset package

Are you needing some ongoing support and accountability to help you on a positive path and achieve long lasting habits?

These sessions are designed to work out your why and to to support you on your current health journey and help equip you with the tools to achieve sustainable change. These sessions include everything in the single session and then diving deeper into the pillars of health. The 6 weeks will also include.

  • Weekly sessions for 1hr in person or online

  • Develop practical strategies to manage stress and prevent burnout so you feel calmer and more capable daily.

  • Build a personalized routine that supports consistent energy, better sleep, and balanced meals.

  • Teach simple habit-change techniques that make healthy choices easier and more automatic.

  • Help identify and shift unhelpful beliefs about food, exercise, and self-care that block progress.

  • Provide accountability and gentle reminders so you stay on track between sessions.

  • Equip you with tools to track progress meaningfully, so you celebrate real wins and adjust as needed.

  • Provide you with resources to support with education and advocating for yourself.

  • Referral to other support services where necessary.
